Who would of thought that you needed to pull out your winter coats for the 4th of July? It is time for shorts and flip flops. I can't remember a 4th being so cold as it was this year. I made a cute pillowcase dress for K, but due to the weather she didn't end up wearing it. As usual, we headed to the parade in Rexburg.
